Meet the Staff

Patient / Front Office Coordinator – Marlee

Marlee started working with us in 2014. She will be the one of the two staff members you will speak with first when you contact us. Marlee is responsible for managing the front desk. She handles all of our appointment bookings, invoicing and all other front desk tasks that may arise. If you have any questions in regards to payments, insurance coverage or appointment booking she is always happy to help.

Surgical Assistant / Dental Implant Coordinator – Dana

Dana joined our office in 2016. She graduated from Vancouver Community College as a Certified Dental Assistant in 2007. Dana brings extensive experience with her. She has been working as a Dental Assistant since she graduated in 2007 in both general dentistry and dental specialty offices. She also furthered her experience by offering her skills with both dental and medical professionals with a charity dental care program when she traveled to the Philippines with ICD Semiahmoo Outreach Dental Group.

During your surgical procedure or consultation, Dana will be one of the friendly faces in the room. She also manages our clinical area and serves as our dental implant coordinator. When you visit us for dental implants, Dana will be there to assist you along with Dr. Bahi.

Surgical Assistant – Ramneet

Ramneet joined our office after completing her Dental Coordinator program in 2011. Over the years she has worked at our front desk as the hospital coordinator as well as our cosmetic consultant. She has picked up many skills and now works in our clinic as a surgical assistant. When you visit our office, you will see Ramneet in the surgical room making our patients feel at ease throughout their visit and assisting the doctor in the procedure.

Patient Coordinator – Ragina

Ragina is one of the two staff members you will speak with when you contact our office. Her primary focus is booking and managing patient referrals as they come in. She also ensures that all necessary paperwork—such as x-rays and patient registration forms—is in place for each day’s schedule so that our clinical team has everything they need to care for patients. If you have any questions regarding appointment bookings or registration forms, Ragina is here to assist you.

Front Office / Hospital Coordinator – Amie

Amie has been working with our office since 2018. She will be one of the two staff members you will speak with, and she will be the first person to greet you when you visit our office. Amie handles all the appointments and bookings associated with surgeries at the hospital. She is also responsible for running the front desk with Marlee. She would be happy to answer any of your questions regarding hospital bookings.

Hospital / Study Club Coordinator – Opneet

Opneet started with our office in 2024. She will be one of the two staff members you will speak with, and she will be the first person to greet you when you visit our office. Opneet handles all the appointments and bookings associated with surgeries at the hospital. She is also responsible for running the front desk with Marlee. She would be happy to answer any of your questions regarding hospital bookings.

Front Office Receptionist – Mandy

Mandy, started with our office in 2024. Her previous experience includes working as a lab technician for a dental specialist office in Abbotsford. She will be one of the two staff members you will speak with when you contact us. She will also be the first person to greet you when you visit our office. Mandy is responsible for running the front desk with Marlee. She can answer any of your questions on insurance matters, invoicing, or appointment bookings.

Surgical Assistant – Kimi

Kimi joined our office in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from H.P. University, Shimla, India, where she worked as a dentist before relocating to Canada. With her in-depth knowledge of dental procedures and a passion for healthcare, Kimi brings valuable experience to our team. During your surgical procedure or consultation, Kimi will be one of the friendly faces with you in the room throughout your visit assisting the doctor.

Surgical Assistant - Aish

Aishwarya has been with us since 2021. She graduated from Burnaby South Secondary School. Aspiring to become a dentist, she moved to India to pursue Bachelors of Dental Surgery. After completing her dental program in India in 2018, she moved back to Canada and is currently in the process of upgrading her credentials here. When you visit our office, you will see Aishwarya during your surgical procedure and in the front taking your panoramic x-ray if required.

Registered Nurse – Ali

Ali has been with us since 2014. Ali has been a Registered Nurse for over 6 years and has spent the majority of her career working in the Intensive Care Unit at the Royal Columbian Hospital. After graduating with Honors from Langara College, Ali furthered her education by completing the Critical Care Certification program through BCIT. Ali is ACLS and PALS certified. When you visit our practice you will see Ali if you have elected to have your procedure done with general anesthesia or intravenous sedation.

Registered
Nurse – Shannon

Shannon started working with us in 2014. Shannon graduated from Trent University in Peterborough Ontario with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree. She has worked in maternity and the neonatal intensive care unit in Peterborough Hospital. She worked at The Children’s Hospital of Westmead in Australia on a high actuity medical unit specializing in liver and kidney transplants. Today you will find her at Surrey Memorial in the Pediatric Emergency Department as well at on the inpatient pediatric unit. When you visit our practice you will see Shannon if you have elected to have your procedure done with general anesthesia or intravenous sedation.

Registered Nurse - Breanne

Breanne has been with us since 2021. Breanne started her nursing career in 2012 after graduating from Douglas College. Breanne completed the High Acuity Nursing Specialty at BCIT and subsequently worked in the High Acuity Unit at Surrey Memorial Hospital. Breanne, furthered her training with the Critical Care Specialty program and followed her love of cardiac care to the Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit, and later to the Intensive Care Unit at Royal Columbian Hospital. In addition to her work at the hospital, Breanne works as an Instructor in the Critical Care Nursing Program at BCIT and supports students in the Intensive Care Unit at Surrey Memorial Hospital. When you visit our practice you will see Breanne if you have elected to have your procedure done with general anesthesia or intravenous sedation.

Registered Nurse - Marcia

Marcia has been with us since 2021. Marcia graduated with a BSN from Kwantlen University in 2005. She furthered her education by completing her Perioperative Nursing specialty in 2006 through BCIT. Marcia has worked the majority of her nursing career in Fraser Health Authority. She has held several leadership positions including Perioperative Clinical Nurse Educator. Marcia has an understanding and passion for supporting patients with surgical anxiety. When you visit our office, you will see Marcia if you have elected to have your procedure done with general anesthesia.

Registered Nurse – Elise

Elise has been part of the team since 2024. Elise started her nursing career in 2012 after completion of her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Douglas College. She then went on to graduate from BCIT’s specialty nursing program with a certificate in Critical Care Nursing, and began working at Royal Columbian Hospital’s Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit and General Intensive Care Unit where she currently remains today. In addition to her work within the Critical Care nursing world, she is an instructor for Cardiac Advanced Life Support and has most recently completed her Masters Degree from the University of Victoria in Advanced Practice Leadership in Nursing.

Registered Nurse – Pawan

Pawan has been part of the team since 2024. Pawan graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2016 and has since specialized in emergency care. Additionally, Pawan has earned an Advanced Certificate in Emergency Nursing from BCIT. In our office, she will be the dedicated nurse attending to you if you choose general anesthesia or intravenous sedation for your procedure.

Registered Nurse – Soniya

Soniya has been a part of the team since 2014. Soniya graduated from Nursing in British Columbia and has primarily specialized in Neonatal intensive care at Royal Columbian Hospital and Surrey Memorial Hospital. She has spent time in emergency care and medical cosmetic procedures. Soniya is NRP and PALS certified. When you visit our practice you will see Soniya if you have elected to have your procedure done with general anesthesia or intravenous sedation.

Registered Nurse - Katie

Katie has been a part of the team since 2023. She has been a Registered Nurse for over 16 years and has primarily worked in acute care in Surrey Memorial Hospital and BC Children’s Hospital. Specializing in Surgery, Pediatric and the past 5 years working in Post Anesthesia Care Unit. When you visit our practice, you will see Katie if you have elected to have your procedure done with general anesthesia or intravenous sedation.
